Hello! My name is Jamie Billings and I am a sound designer, music producer, music technologist, and composer for visual media and for fun.

 If you're on this page, we probably have something in common: Maybe our worlds have met at some point working together on studio gear or creating musical equipment, or maybe we both work in the gaming industry, or maybe you like metal, or maybe you create film. Any of those and more are places I frequent often in the creative realm and are places I plan on visiting more while on my creative journey.  

I'm an avid synthesizer and vintage video game geek, a reader, and I'd rather be outside.  When I'm not working on projects, I teach classes in sound design and music production, go to events hosted by the SCA, and ask to pet peoples' dogs.  I want to write a book someday and I eat potatoes a lot. I secretly also work in the tea industry.

My journey has taken me all around Boston, between working at MIT Game Lab to on set for Ghostbusters to NYC to now working at Harmonix.  I received my Bachelor's Degree from Berklee College of Music in 2012 with a degree in Electronic Production & Design. You can find more of my musical beat making in places like this and I plan on releasing more music officially this year. 

Anyway, I have been spending the past 10+ years searching for beautiful projects to work on, and I'm also welcoming beautiful projects to find me.
